Payment Terms:
Himalaya Yatra offers flexible payment options to make your booking process smooth and hassle-free. To confirm your tour package, we require an advance payment of 20% of the total amount. After we receive the hotel confirmation, an additional 30% is due. The remaining 50% can be paid upon your arrival. Please note that airfare and train tickets need to be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we offer a straightforward cancellation policy for your convenience. Once the booking is confirmed, you may cancel with a 25% cancellation fee. For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the travel date, a 30% fee applies. Cancellations made 4 days before travel will incur a 70% fee, and cancellations within 2 days of travel will be subject to a 100% charge. For train and flight tickets, cancellations follow the regulations set by Indian Railways and airlines.
Refund Policy:
At Himalaya Yatra, we strive to offer a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. Hotel availability may vary, and additional charges may apply for higher-category rooms. Rates are non-commissionable and can change without prior notice. The cancellation policies and other terms follow the rules of the respective hotels or service providers. Please note that a government service tax will be added. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for situations beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or political issues.

Hotel rooms, train seats, and airfares are subject to availability at the time of booking. Your bookings will be considered confirmed only once we receive full payment (100%) before your trip begins.

Changes to Holiday Plans:
We will do our best to accommodate any changes to your travel plans, but please note that not all changes may be feasible. Any requests for changes must be submitted in writing, and you will be responsible for any associated costs.
