Tour Itinerary :-

Day 1 : Shimla to Kalpa – Gateway to the Himalayas

Your adventure begins with a scenic drive from Shimla to Kalpa, passing through snow-covered valleys and winding mountain roads. En route, visit the picturesque town of Sarahan and the historic Bhimakali Temple. Arrive in Kalpa by evening and enjoy mesmerizing views of the Kinnaur Kailash range.

After breakfast, continue your journey towards Tabo, the cultural heart of Spiti Valley. En route, witness dramatic landscape changes as you enter the barren yet striking terrain of Spiti. Visit the 1000-year-old Tabo Monastery, a UNESCO heritage site, known for its stunning frescoes and murals. Overnight stay in Tabo.

Start the day with a visit to Dhankar Monastery, perched dramatically on a cliff overlooking the Spiti River. Later, head to Kaza, the headquarters of Spiti, and explore the majestic Key Monastery, a centuries-old Buddhist learning center. Visit the high-altitude village of Kibber and enjoy the breathtaking winter landscapes. Stay overnight in Kaza.

Today, explore some of the highest inhabited villages in the world. Visit Hikkim, home to the world’s highest post office, where you can send a postcard to your loved ones. Continue to Komic, the highest motorable village, and Langza, famous for its giant Buddha statue and prehistoric fossils. Return to Kaza for the night.

Bid farewell to Spiti as you begin your return journey to Shimla. Capture the last glimpses of the stunning landscapes before heading back with memories of an unforgettable Himalayan adventure.
